Shipping and Handling

Once you place an on-line order for the EVERLYTE LIGHT THERAPY SYSTEM,

our stream-lined ordering process goes to work.

Orders that are received will normally be processed by the next business day.

U.S. domestic orders will be shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. The shipping and handling charge for domestic orders is $6.50. Domestic locations include American Samoa, Guam,

Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, APOs and FPOs.

International orders will be shipped via USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL. The shipping and handling charge for international orders shipped via USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL is $14.00.

We process orders via USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL for the following countries:

Austria
Belgium
Brazil (only Rio de Janeiro
and Sao Paulo)

Canada
Denmark
France(includes Corsica and Monaco)

These specially handled orders will be shipped via GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL.
The shipping and handling charge for international orders shipped via GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL is $25.00

We will only process orders to international locations listed above!

Note: International customers are responsible for paying their country’s duties and taxes.

Refunds will not be issued for returns due to nonpayment of such duties and taxes.

Returns

Each EVERLYTE LIGHT THERAPY SYSTEM is inspected and guaranteed to be in top working condition. If the customer is not satisfied, they may return the complete EVERLYTE LIGHT THERAPY SYSTEM within 30 days and receive a full refund for the purchase price, not including s&h.

We will only issue a refund if the entire EVERLYTE LIGHT THERAPY SYSTEM is returned in the same condition as it was received. This includes the wraparound polycarbonate spectacles,

the VERLYTE™ Photon Accumulator and the custom made carrying case. If any of the parts are not returned, the refund will not be issued.

All returns must include a completed “Return Form”, which can be found in the EVERLYTE Instructions Insert that accompanies the product.
